APPLICATION DOMAIN:
1. Food Grade Xanthan Gum can be widely used as salt/acid resistant thickener,high efficientsuspension agent and emulsifier,high viscosity filling agent in viarous food and beverang.
2. It can not only enhance the performance of water-keeping and shape-keeping,but also improve the freeze/thaw stability and mouth-feeling of foodand beverage products.
3. Meanwhile,Xanthan Gum can extend the shelf life of products,simplifying the filling and sterilization during the course of production.
4. Little consume of Xanthan Gum can save lots of production cost and increase the profit rate.
5. Storage: Should be stored in the places which are well ventilated,clean and dry,shady and should be away from poisonous,toxic,hazardous,corrosive substances.
6. Shelf Life: 24 months from the production date under the above storage conditions and in sound packing.
7. Package: Packed in 25kg kraft bag with PE liner inside
